IFYE Ambassador programs are for individuals 16 to 25 years old and typically last 6 weeks during the summer. Rather than attending school in another country, participants in these programs live and work as part of the family. Participants typically stay with 2 or 3 families during their stay, so they can gain a broader perspective about life in their host country. Interested individuals should contact their State 4-H office for details and applications.
