Recognition
Programs
The IFYE Association
will recognize individuals, groups or organizations which in volunteer
capacity have exhibited leadership that has inspired program participants
to promote international development and understanding.
There are
4 awards that are presented.
Category
A:
Friend of 4-H International
The recipient(s) should have exhibited outstanding guidance to
exchange participants and furthered additional interest in the
Association and in 4-H International programs beyond that required
by the nature of their position or job responsibility. Do not
nominate current or retired extension personnel in this category,
refer to category C.
Category
B:
Certificate of Commendation for Contributions
to International Understanding.
The Association recognizes individuals, groups and organizations
who have significantly contributed to International development
and understanding. The recipient(s) should exhibit leadership
qualities and a desire for international understanding.
Category
C:
For
Meritorious service to Extension 4-H International Programs
The Association will recognize extension personnel who have been
involved in 4-H International Programs as part of their responsibilities.
Category
D:
Outstanding Contributions by 4-H International
Exchange Alumni
The Association will recognize 4-H International exchange
alumni who have made outstanding contributions to 4-H International
Programs. (Alumni are only eligible for Category D awards.)
